Linda York Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2022, at the age of 77, Linda York of Brownsboro, Texas, born in Tyler, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Grady Wimbish and Evelyn Inez Wimbish (Robison); her husband Dwayne York; and her brother Rufus L. Wimbish. She is survived by: her children, Troy York (Lisa) of Brownsboro and DeeAnna Allison (David) of Tyler; her siblings, Nelda Dunaway of Brownsboro, Neta Matheson of Quitman and Doyle Wimbish of Brownsboro; and her grandchildren, Glenda Anderson (Shane) of Chandler, Samantha Stone (Chad) of Edom and Shelby Olson (Corey) of Whitehouse. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
