She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Herrington and Murl Herrington; her husband Leroy Chambers; her sister Alice Beeson; her siblings-in-law, Rex Mann, Greg Bailey and Sandra Frazier; and her daughter-in-law Pam Chambers.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Chambers (Michelle), Roy Chambers (Janice), Cheryl Tannehill (Tim) and Stephanie Ballard (Zane); her siblings, Newman Herrington (Joyce) and Barbara Bailey; and her siblings-in-law, John Chambers (Debbie) and Doris Mann. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
