She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Dean Philen and Naomi "Billie" Callahan Philen; her grandparents, A. A., Rose Callahan, Jack and Nola Philen; her parents-in-law, Oleta and Ozie Parker; her sister Lisa Philen; and her sister-in-law Patricia Philen.

She is survived by: her husband Lannie Parker; her daughter Amanda Beeler (Patrick); her grandchildren, Luke and Katie Beeler; and her siblings, Larry Philen and Denise Philen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
