He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Edgar and Emma Edgar; his wife Judy; his sons, Carl Edgar of Wichita Falls and Paul Edgar of San Antonio; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his grandchildren, Jillian, William, Makayla and Trinity; his sister Joyce Phipps (Rondal) of Monahans; and his brothers-in-law, Horace Burnett (Roxann) of Amarillo and Gary Burnett (Sandy) of Forth Worth. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
He was a certified Concealed Handgun Instructor, a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and an Adjutant for the American Legion.
