He was predeceased by: his parents, Zargosa Trevino and Cruz Alavardo Trevino; his wife Bertha Trevino; and his children, Juan "Chipe" Trevino and Diana Villarreal.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Trevino, Joe Trevino, Zargosa "Sandy" Trevino, Tiburcio "Timbo" Trevino, Jr., Danna Arteaga, Mary Acevedo, Sylvia Rytter, Grace Dunagan and Irma Gonzales; and his sisters, Mary Charles, Vicky Moreno, Tina Garcia and Lupe Cuevas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
