He was predeceased by: his parents, George "G. W." and Zelda Cox; and his siblings, Jerry, George Cox and Pat Price.
He is survived by: his significant other Dean Hohenberger; his children, David (Debbie), Shawn and Amanda (John); his grandchildren, Blake, Ty, Aaron (Kelsey), Darbie, Faith Cox, Ashton and Braylee Ryan; his great grandchildren, Tell Cox and Lawson Fulford; and his sister Peggy Holly (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a favorite charity.
