He was predeceased by: his son Richard Williford (Nancy); his siblings, Wayne, Frank D. and Mickey Sue Heard (Barbara); and his parents, Homer Foster and Violet "Muzz" Foster.
He is survived by: his foster brother Drilling; his sisters, Jean Freeman and Lynn McDougall; and his children, Dee Foster (Donna) of Brownfield, Leslie Carroll (Jerry) of Brownfield, Eddy Williford of Bremerton, WA and Edie McFadden (Aaron) of Lubbock. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 16 Great-grandchildren; 11 Great-great grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces and beloved family members.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that donation may be made in Roy's name to The Cancer Foundation.
