He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Doyle Moss (Pud) and Janie Lynn Moss; his spouse Jackie Moss (Smith); his children, Michael Moss (Angie) of Longview, Justin Moss (Jami) of Abilene and Amanda Stinson (Justin) of Maypearl, Texas.; his sisters, Ann Marrow (Delwin) of Brownfield and Nancy Moss of Salado; and his sister-in-law Cathy Marrow (Benne) of Brownfield. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

With his family by his bedside, Bobby went home to be with his Savior on February 3, 2021, after a lengthy battle with Covid-19.

Out of love for Bobby's church, the family requests memorial donations be given to the Youth Department of First Baptist Church of Brownfield.
