He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Sullivan and Toybelle Herring (Bonnie Sullivan). He is survived by: his sister Treasure Thaggard; his children, Ann (Cregg) and David; his daughter-in-law Annie; his stepsons, Jack (Gina) and Jim; and his wife Bonnie.
