He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Rotenberry and Mary Rotenberry; his brother Conrad Paul Rotenberry; his son Michael Lee Rotenberry, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Shenna Rotenberry; and his granddaughter Allisa Grace Rotenberry.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Denise Rotenberry; his children, Bradley Ray Rotenberry, Kimberly Michelle Rotenberry and Stephen Paul Conrad Rotenberry; his grandchildren, Caleb Cole Rotenberry, Victoria Bradford and Brayden Bradford; and his sister Pat Mayfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
