She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hilburn and Susie Hilburn; her brother Benny Hilburn; and her son-in-law Joe Cavazos. She is survived by: her significant other Frank Competio; her children, Frank Jr. (Fay) of Brownfield, Daniel (Tina) of Lubbock, Roy of Brownfield, Lucy Frei (Chris) of Brownfield, Mary Jiminez (Roel) of Brownfield, Angie Cavazos of Brownfield, Lusinda of Brownfield and Nancy Mendieta (Jovan) of Brownfield; and her siblings, Louis Hilburn of Caldwell, Estella Villasenor of Amarillo, TX and Rosa Zuniga of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her name to the Susan B. Komen Foundation.
