He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopoldo Martinez and Rosa Martinez; his sister Mary Flores; his sister-in-law Diana Arguellez; and his parents-in-law, Jesus and Alicia Arguellez.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Halliburton Brotherhood; his granddaughter Chloey Leigh Gober; his wife Gloria Martinez; his children, Samantha Vela (Bryan), Carlitos Estorga (Lorie) and Andy Martinez; his grandchildren, Samson Bryan Vela, Bradley Zane Estorga and Nathan Martinez; and his siblings, Feliz, Lolo, Isabel, Lala and Juan Martinez.
