He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Kosack and Lawrence Kosack; and his sister Peggy Kosack. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Warburton; his former wife Carolyn Rawlins (Suzanne); his sister Mary Lou Sturgeon; his daughters, Becki Kosack, Beth Weaver and Jennifer Cortese; and his stepchildren, Chris Rock, Tracy Chaboya and Stephanie Bellantuono. He is also survived by spouses, children, and grandchildren.
