He is survived by: his mother Katy Roe of Pampa; his wife Beverly Roe of Brownfield; his children, Jessica Garcia (Eduardo) of Lubbock, Jacob Roe (Miranda) of Coos Bay, Johnny Lee Roe II of Des Moines and Jennifer Reser of Pendleton, Oregon; and his brother Kevin Roe of Boise, Idaho.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
