He is survived by: his wife Jan Howard; his children, Robbie Howard of Andrews, TX, Leigh Ann (Steve Chmielewski) of Midlothian, TX and Michelle (Doni Bomar) of Odessa, TX; his grandchildren, Trae Howard, Ashlee Weddle and Whitley Victor; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Taylor Victor, Luna Chmielewski, Rowen Waddle and Jaxon Taylor Chmielewski; and his sisters, Dortha (Howard Neal Barrier) of Brownfield, June (Dwayne Cornett) of Seagraves, TX and Neva Jo Joplin of Academy, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
