He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kirkendoll; his daughters, Patricia Miller and Sharon (Junior Lee Bean); his stepchildren, Karen (Kenny Godwin), Judy Coy (Gary) and MikeTudor (Esperanza Rodriguez); and his sisters, Gloria Yarbrough and Lois Jean Byford. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
