He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wesley and Georgia Laverne Bullard (Godwin); and his daughter Teresa Bullard Hoffestetter. He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Tyree; and his children, Drenda Furr of Lubbock, Lynn Hall (Frank) of Norman, OK, Sandra Mensch (Larry) of Lubbock, Connie Shockley (Robert) of Lubbock and Robert "Beau" Bullard of Lubbock. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
