He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ruth Kendrick (Dameron); his daughter Stephanie Mankin; his father James Kendrick; and his brother Jimmy Kendrick. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Miranda, Richard Kendrick (Melissa) and Kara McQueen (Ben); his grandchildren, Aaron, Malachi and Rebbecca; his great grandchildren, Lilyanna, Shane, Shylee, Danika and Joshua; his sister Judy Massingale (Michael); and his sister-in-law Joyce Kendrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
