She was predeceased by: her brothers, Verlyn Garrett and Mike Garrett; and her grandsons, Clancey Kelley and Ryan Boyles Barton. She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her children, Stewart Headquist (Jamie), Phillip Kelley (Toni), David Kelley, Judy Kelley Cox (Zane), Tim Kelley (Delen), Janie Kelley Boyles (Dennis) and Janet Kelley Garrett (Tim); and her sister Rebecca Davis of Eleanor Williamson.
