He is survived by: his children, Julie Low Combes (Jim) of Brownfield, Henry Chip Low, Jr. (Tafta) of Hobbs, NM and Leslie Low (Jennifer) of Flower Mound, TX.; his sisters, Dorothy Grimsley and Mary Lou Hughes; and his grandchildren, Scott Combes and Taylor Low Bredehoeft.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of Lubbock.
