It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gravela DeLeon Leija of Brownfield, Texas, born in Stockdale, Texas, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignacio DeLeon and Jacinta DeLeon; and her siblings, Alice Zaragoza, Elvira Rodriguez, Eloise Martinez, Vickie Leija, Oralia Lopez, Ygnacio DeLeon Jr. and Eliseo DeLeon.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Leija (Lena), Nick Leija (Amy), David Lee Leija and Roger Joe Leija; and her grandchildren, Justin Leija, Nick Leija II, Malachi Leija and Jocalyn Leija.
