He is survived by: his children, Duke Zant of Brownfield and Machiel Covey (Jim) of Hedley; his grandchildren, John McNiel (Angela) of Sumter, Chanel Silva (Craig) of Clarendon and Chelsea Weldie (Alex) of Philadelphia; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Devon, Zachary, Lilly, Baylei and Alyssa.
