He is survived by: his wife Amber Proctor; his children, Laura Bowman (Britton), Wendee Bailey (Donald), Evan Carter (Soluna), Aaron Rodriguez (Martha) and Justin Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Brayden Bowman, Aston Bowman, Nathan Proctor, Cason Bailey, Madison Bailey, Daniel Carter, Alex Carter, Josiah Rodriguez, Jeslynn Rodriguez and Jenesis Rodriguez; his great grandchild Kollins Bailey; his sister-in-law Terry Sue Proctor; his nephew Douglas Proctor; and his great-nephew Brandon Proctor.
