He was predeceased by: his father Guadalupe Guerra; his son Danny Albert Guerra; his brothers, Jerry Guerra and Lupe Guerra, Jr.; and his girlfriend Stephanie Martinez.
He is survived by: his mother Louisa Guerra (Serbantez); his children, Isabel Martinez, Jerry Joe Guerra, Clarisa Vasquez and Dolores Martinez; and his siblings, Albert Guerra (Rachel), Anita Cuellar (Hector, Jr.) and Rita Cruz (Domingo). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the House of Angels Funeral Home - Brownfield (1211 Lubbock Rd, Brownfield, TX 79316). A rosary was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (1902 Levelland Hwy, Brownfield, TX 79316). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Brownfield Cemetery.
