He is survived by: his children, Carl Gruben (Jan) of Brownwood and JoAnna Dawson (Gary) of Brownfield. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great- great grandchildren; 2 great- great- great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
