She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Ralph and Elizabeth Pauline Butcher; her husband Vandon Leroy Jeter; her sons, Gaylon Richards and Roy Jeter; her grandson Chris Mullings; and her great grandchild Alijiah Guerra.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Navarro (Santos), Valerie Guerra (Isaac), Kathy Mullings (Henry), Vic Jeter and Johnny Jeter (Billy); her sister Fay Howell; and her caregiver Margaret Hildebrand. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
