He was predeceased by: his parents, Avalino DeLeon, Sr. and Juanita Constancio DeLeon; his sisters, Janet DeLeon and Louisa Perez; and his son Erik DeLeon.

He is survived by: his wife JoAnn DeLeon; his children, Emilia DeLeon, Augrelio DeLeon, Omene Montano, Priscilla Beltran, Amy Cano, Yvette Villanueva, Monica Gomez, Justin DeLaCruz and Noah Hurtado; and his siblings, Gloria Rivera and Alfredo Rivera. He is also survived by 34 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
