He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Munoz Elizardo and Rachel "Maria" Rosales Elizardo; his siblings, Angelita E. Arguellez and Johnny Rosales Elizardo; and his granddaughter Kerstin Perez.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Elizardo of Ft. Worth, Ernesto Elizardo (Becky Cruz) and Sylvia E. Perez (Mark) of Brownfield; and his siblings, Joe R. Elizardo (Connie) of Amarillo, Porfilio R. Elizardo (Liz) of Odessa, Fred R. Elizardo (Liz) of Amarillo, Jerry R. Elizardo (DeeDee) of Oklahoma, Teresa E. Rodriguez of Brownfield, Mary Lupe Tomlinson (Billy) of Amarillo, Peggy Elizardo of Bryan and Ruby Berlanga of San Antonio. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
