He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Guillotte and Victorine Guillotte; his wife Mary Daisy Istre; his son Herbert Jules Guillotte; his grandson Hubert C. Guillotte, II; his son-in-law Harry Parnell, Jr.; and his siblings, Roy, Agnes, Eula and Ella.
He is survived by: his children, Hubert Guillotte (Tina) of Brookshire, Florinda Parnell of Brookshire, Vickie Meier (Herc) of Fulshear, Cheryl Fawvor (Dan) of Katy, Carol Obenberger (Ric) of Deer Park and Suzanne Bockhorn (Ronnie) of Brenham. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
