She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Hohlt and Sadie Hohlt. She is survived by: her sisters, Janet LaVergne, Joyce Koehn and Judith Lewis; her daughters, Cheryl Sackett (Eddie) and Patti Kim Jackson (David); her grandchildren, Matthew Jackson (Tanya), Mandi Swartz (Aaron) and Nikki Shreve (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Rope Jackson, Jordan Sackett, Brook Verm, Kaitlynn, Kassidy Shreve and Katherine Jackson; and her friend Nelsonville Brethren Church. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
