He is survived by: his wife June Rutledge Wiggs (Inservice); his brother Bruce Wiggs (Laura); his children, Kathy Hemann (Mark), Todd Wiggs and Gaylynn Gee; and his grandchildren, Chris Wiggs (Rachel), Melanie Wiggs Alfaro (Paolo) and Trevor Charles Ashmore.
