He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Bailey and Blanche Lou Dickerson; his daughter Danielle Bailey; and his sisters, Nancy Bailey, Peggy Bailey and Gladys Bailey.
He is survived by: his son Billy Zach Bailey (Alicia) of Bronson; his siblings, Roger Dale Wester (Mary) of San Antonio and Alpha Bailey Hill of Whitney; and his grandchildren, Brayden Bailey and Emory Bailey.
