He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, W. O. Jowers (Dub) and Elizabeth Ann Prescott Jowers; his wife Elisha Jowers; his children, Sarah Sperl, Tyler Jowers and Jacob Jowers; his sister Julie Stewart; his daughters-in-law, Tuuri Jowers and Kristyn Jowers; and his grandson David Beckham Jowers.
