She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Brady and Mary Lydia Kratzer; her sisters, Mildred Pierce and Dorothy Bryant; her nephew John Pierce Hazel; and her brothers, Harold (Jeanne Sims), Bill (Lavelle Sims) and Wayne (Donna Sims).
She is survived by: her husband Howard Sims; her daughters, Patricia Gotcher (Jim) and Virginia Leonard (Larry); her granddaughter Kami McKissack (Eric); her great grandchildren, Kody and Kyleigh McKissack; and her grandson Lance Leonard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church, PO Box 621, Pampa, Texas 79066-0621; or a charity of choice.
