She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty May Rice and Daniel Clifford Rice; and her brothers, Jeffery Michael Rice and Steven Rice. She is survived by: her husband Herbert Hoover of Bronte, Texas; her children, Richard Hoover of Texas and Romana Hoover of San Angelo, Texas; her grandchildren, Kylie, Daniel Martin and Rosemary Horner; and her stepmother Ruth Rice of Ashland, Ohio.. She is also survived by her husband raising her 2 kids and then watching her 2 grandchildren.
