She is survived by: her mother Gladys Jewel Galloway of San Augustine; her husband Pat Jacks of Bronson; her children, Sabrina Worthy (Raymond) of Pineland and Patrick Jacks (Nina) of Bronson; her sister Shirley Blue of San Augustine; and her grandchildren, Tanner Worthy and Brianna Marie Welch.
