He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luther Welch and Dusty Irene Wright Welch; his sons, David Welch (Sharon) of Hawaii, Barry Welch (Marcie) of Rosevine and John Welch (Lindsey) of San Augustine; his brother Albert Welch (Donna) of Pineland; his grandchildren, Hannah, Briannah, Dustin, Addeline, Olivia, Davis, Natalie, Mary, Sam, Brady, Ryan, Dillon, Colton and Ashleigh; and his great grandchildren, Copper and Finley Chapman. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
