He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Fontenot and Rose Fontenot of China, Texas.; his siblings, Jane Martin, Faye Fontenot and Jesse Fontenot; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Martin and Terri Fontenot.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jean Fontenot; his daughters, Christy Haynes (Lindy) and Shelly Ardoin (Josh); his grandchildren, Gage, Shelby Gresham, Colton Haynes, Bethany Haynes and Ellie Ardoin; his great grandchild Rowdy Wayne; his sister Doris Sullivan (Paul); his nephew Mike; and his niece Vickie Martin. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Good Samaritan Church (21544 FM 92, Silsbee, TX 77656).
