It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Robert Scherffius Jr. of Broaddus, Texas, who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Scherffius Sr. and Mary Zumwalt. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Jeri Bryan (Jimmy) and Hallie Sabrsula (Jonathon); his grandsons, Dylan, Ethan and Liam Sabrsula; and his siblings, Ralph Scherffius and Kathey Stoutt.
Johnny is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Reando, father, John Robert Scherffius Sr.
