She was predeceased by: her father Horace Brewer-Shipp; her husband Harvey L. Hensley Sr.; her son Lonne G. Hensley; her sister Bernice Aycock; her daughter-in-law Debbie Hensley; and her friend Jean Wilkerson (Sutton).
She is survived by: her daughter Rita; her son-in-law W. J. Smith of Broaddus; and her sons, Harvey Hensley (Paula) of Houston and Danny Hensley of Deer Park. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
