With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Devon Danielle Dodson of Broaddus, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on February 21, 2021 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bernice and Lindon Locklin; and her uncles, Randy Dodson and Robbie Barker. She is survived by: her parents, Danny Dodson (Melinda) of La Porte and Linda Locklin Dodson (Dutch) of Broaddus; her sister Tammy Veach (Randy) of Highlands, Texas; her grandparents, E. W. and Dolores Whitten of Willis, Texas; her nieces, Meagan Veach of Baytown, Cassie Veach of Austin and Sarah Veach Alfieri of Austin, Texas; her aunts, Paulette Barker of Pasadena and Chris Rushing of San Augustine; and her uncle Woody Whitten of Round Rock. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Due to COVID19, the funeral home will be requiring anyone coming into the facility to wear face coverings and to practice social distancing.
