She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Billy Evans; her brother Roy Earl Cage; her sister-in-law Willa Cage; her son Billy Jack Evans; and her granddaughter Anna Renee Miller (Lynn Miller).
She is survived by: her daughters, Micki Pierce and Pam Miller; her grandchildren, Scott Pierce, Lori Hicks (Randy) and Carrie McClain (Glen); and her great grandchildren, Kyle Hicks, Brooke Hicks, Morgan McClain and Camryn McClain.
