It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Jean Elenburg of Bridgeport, Texas, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Nichols (McCoy) and Les Nichols; her husband Henry "Possum" Elenburg; her daughter-in-law Sylvia Elenburg; and her brother Don "Nick" Nichols.
She is survived by: her sons, Brad Elenburg (Carolyne) of Bridgeport, Bryan Elenburg (Loretta) of Bridgeport and Kirby Elenburg of Runaway Bay; her grandchildren, Lorren Tarp (Barry), Lane Elenburg (Misty), Kagen Elenburg (BreAnne), Gunter Elenburg (Kendra), Keili Gornbein (Jake) and Kane Elenburg (Allie); her daughter-in-law Phyllis Elenburg; her sisters-in-law, Vicki Nichols and Sue Elenburg; and her friends, Julie Cortez and Barbara Mullins.
