She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clayton and Tommie Meadows (Stevens); her husband Garland Adams; and her brothers, Henry Wayne Meadows, Raymond Lee Meadows, Dean Meadows and Johnnie Meadows.
She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Wayne Adams (Dianne) of Paradise, Katherine Elaine Jones (Tom) of Paradise and Tommie Delena Hinshaw (Vince) of Bay Minette, Alabama; her grandchildren, Daniel Adams, Wendy Key, Jesse Hinshaw and Hanna Ciminilli; her stepgranddaughter Amanda Jones; and her sister Helen Golayemer Glazner of Lewisville.
