He was predeceased by: his wife Clydene Martin; his parents, Dexter Martin and Nadine Martin; and his siblings, Gene Martin and Mary Jo Martin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Edie Carol McDonald (Mike) of Paradise, Christina Kay Love (James) of Bridgeport and Cindy McDonald (R. Mike) of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Derek Michael McDonald (Richard Barrett) of Kansas City, Taylor Leeann Cope (Austin) of Poolville, Chad Allen Love (Justin Stuart) of Roby and Kaylee Deana Hill (Weston) of Cleburne; his great grandchildren, Avery Mae Barrett-McDonald, Barrett Michael Cope and Easton Wayne Hill; and his brother Tom Martin of Round Rock.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Boonsville-Balsora Fire Department in his name.
