He was predeceased by: his brother Alvin Monroe Bilby. He is survived by: his wife Connie Bilby of Lake Bridgeport; his children, D'Anna Garrett (Kelly) of Bridgeport, Jeff Bilby (Esther) of Paradise, Scott Bilby (Patty) of Boerne and Kimberly Fritch of Euless; his grandchildren, Nicole Jordan (Cason) of Paradise, Jason Garrett (Callie) of Midland, Nicholas Bilby (Natalie) of Lake Bridgeport, Kyle Bilby (Manda) of Lake Bridgeport, Ryan Bilby (Kallie) of Bridgeport, Michael Bilby of Fort Worth, Taylor Bilby of College Station, Jeff Bilby of Boerne, Lauren Fritch of Austin and Clark Fritch of Philadelphia; and his brother Rex W. Bilby (Lucille) of Senate. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in Rollins Bilby's honor to Texas A & M Corp Cadets at College Station.
