He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Noriega and Filiberto Flores; his son Mario Alberto Flores; his grandson Bryan Galvan; and his siblings, Melchor, Juan, Pedro, Baltazar Flores, Graciela Flores of Tavares and Elia Cruz Flores of Arroyo.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Gallegos Cisneros (Tamaulipas); his siblings, Concepcion Flores, Julian Flores (Jovita), Filiberto Flores (Alicia), Margarito Flores (Rosa) and Rosa Maria Flores; and his children, Dora Lara (Manuel), Vilma Galvan, Oscar Flores (Gloria), Juan Flores (Imelda), Jose Flores, Carlos Flores (Yanel) and Sergio Flores (Maria). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hawkins Funeral Home (1909 9th St, Bridgeport, TX 76426). A Mass was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (1305 S Deer Park Rd, Decatur, TX 76234).
