John L. Conquest Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John L. Conquest of Bridgeport, Texas, born in Pharr, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Conquest and Gladys Conquest; his siblings, Keith Conquest, Shelley Thornton (Spot) and Joyce Harris (Willie); and his great-nephew Noah Robles.
He is survived by: his wife Marylou Conquest; his children, Steve Jones (Jana), Vicki Niblett (Jerrod) and Sue Ann Denton (Tommy); his grandchildren, Pete Smith (Katrina), Trent Niblett, Mara Denton, Matthew Jones (Ruth), Haley Denton (Sebastian Erdman), Payton Taylor (Levi) and Drew Jones; his great grandchildren, Brock Smith, Bryndle Niblett, Carson Taylor and Cooper Taylor; and his sister-in-law Corinne Conquest. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
