She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Yale and Thelma Yale (Mathews); and her husband William McDaniel. She is survived by: her children, Frank Odell Hobbs and Melissa Diane Collins; and her siblings, Marion Yale, Jean McClure and June Lemond. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Elizabeth was a respected member of the community and was well known for her involvement with, and contributions to, Bridgeport's First Methodist Church.
