He is survived by: his wife Joyce Smith (Thornton) of Lake Worth; and his brothers, Lyndon Smith, Kevin Smith (Azizah), Tim Smith and Jack Smith (Jayne). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family; his two aunts; and a host of friends.
